Remember back in September when Lil Xan and Noah Cyrus dated for a hot minute and things ended after Xan was suspicious that Noah cheated on him? Things got worse when the "Betrayed" rapper claimed their relationship was set up by his record label.

Although Lil Xan is expecting his first child with fiancee Annie Smith, he's still out here pulling in clout for current references to his time with Noah. Xan posted a video to Instagram that shows his Saturday Night Live shout out when Bill Hader gives a contestant in a fake game show just $5 to guess his name. Lil Xan's future wife has already been targeted for faking her pregnancy after her ultrasound photo matched one you can find on Google.
"When i posted my YouTube video with my ultrasound pictures, a girl (i'm not going to comment on who) photoshopped them with another persons name, year, birthday etc, and uploaded them to Google," Annie explained of the fake news allegations "I really am just staying off the internet for the time being because it's really sad for me to see these things."
