The Bay Area crew are here to end breakup rumors.

In the thick of rumors that SOB X RBE was on the verge of calling it quits, the Bay Area crew have linked up with mega-producer Hit-Boy for a new project titled Family Not a Group. Back in September 2018, member Yhung T.O. shared breakup news on Instagram by writing, "Gangin 2 Will Be My Last Album With SOB. Me And @_daboii_ Got sum s*it still in the cut fa y'all tho.” He also said, "Sumtimes No matter how hard you try to keep s*it together sometimes s*it just be destined. Who knows what the future a bring tho.”

Fans are thrilled that the future has brought reconciliation and this surprise album, as the group is currently touring through the United States. Hit-Boy is known to live up to his name, as he's worked on projects with Beyoncé, Travis Scott, and Kendrick Lamar. In 2012, he won a Grammy for working with Jay Z and Kanye West on "Ni*ggas in Paris." Meanwhile, last week, SOB X RBE dropped a three-track EP collaboration with Marshmello titled Roll The Dice.
