Bill Cosby (C) walks through the Montgomery County Courthouse with his publicist, Andrew Wyatt, after being found guilty on all counts in his sexual assault retrial on April 26, 2018 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

The sentencing of Cosby has come.

Bill Cosby was convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, and the time for his sentencing his arrived. Cosby was found guilty on all 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison, but at the minimum, the disgraced comedian could get off with probation. Cosby's second trial lasted 13 days after the first trial ended in a mistrial because of two not guilty holdouts. Constand and an additional five women testified against Cosby in the second trial, which aided the jury in coming to a decision.

According to TMZwhen Cosby arrived at the Philadelphia courthouse, he was met with a mob of angry screams.  "We believe the women" and "Me too" were shrieked at Cosby as he was all smiles walking into the courthouse. When one onlooker voiced support for the comedian, he waved in return. After the sentencing, Cosby's legal team is expected to appeal, which means he could be free until the proceedings come to an end. A lengthy appeal process, and specialized treatment if he does end up in jail due to blindness, might mean that Cosby won't be receiving punishment on a scale that would satisfy his accusers.
