Klenord “Shaft” Raphael is dragging everyone into the lawsuit.

The ongoing lawsuit with Cardi B and her former manager Klenord “Shaft” Raphael is still very much in the works and The Blast now reports that Cardi's younger sister is being pulled into the mess. Shaft reportedly plans to serve Hennessy Carolina with a subpoena this week, forcing her to hand over key evidence to the case.

The publication details how both parties have been exchanging evidence and Cardi recently handed over "8,400 documents" that included text messages with Shaft. As well, Sony Music, Creative Artists Agency, Atlantic Records and Live Nation also handed over documents about Cardi after being subpoenaed also.

Shaft sued the "Bodak Yellow" rapper last April for $10 million claiming that she breached her contract when ditching him as manager. She then countersued him for $15 million claiming he actually screwed her over after she trusted him with her business affairs. She claims that Shaft took advantage of her “trust and naiveté and persuaded her to sign contracts and to enter into deals in which Mr. Raphael attempted to take an unreasonable and unconscionable portion of [her] earnings in the entertainment industry for himself.”

Cardi's dad, Carlos Almanzar, was also served with a subpoena as well as her husband, Offset
