Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish stopped by the Late Show with Stephen Colbert to discuss a variety of topics. Haddish however, could not help but comment on what fans have begun referring to the "Colbeard." "I like this beard you got going on," she told the Late Show host. "We need to put you on Facebook on this thing called Beard Gang. Beard Gang, yeah. It's a bunch of sexy men in beards and sweatpants." To Tiffany's suggestion, Colbert responded that he did not own a pair of sweatpants to which Haddish replied, "See, sweatpants are men lingerie, basically." Tiffany then offered to send him a pair and upon hearing of Colbert wife's objection to the scratchy beard, imparted some more wisdom, "You should condition it. Put some coconut oil in it before you go to bed at night. It'll soften it up."
The two went on to discuss Tiffany's career and recent accomplishments. Haddish will soon celebrate three back to back film releases and was recently awarded an Emmy for her performance as a host on Saturday Night Live. Of her experience at the Emmy ceremony, Haddish shared, "It was great hanging out with, like, Angela Bassett and Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel." She went on to say, "My favorite part of the night, though, was when they were announcing your name and the audience was going bananas. I was like, did he pay these people for this? I want people to scream like that for me one day."
