At the tail end of last year, we named Kyle Dion to our list of R&B talent to keep an eye on in 2019 and as promised, the crooner is surely delivering, coming through with his first drop of the year via “Glass House,” another funk-filled entry to an already infectious catalog.
On the track, produced by Mars Today, J-Robb of Soulection and Quickly, Quickly, you’ll find Dion as he employs signature falsetto vocals to deliver on a freshly nostalgic mix of seduction and soul. Preparing listeners for his forthcoming SUGA album.
“SUGA is an album that chronicles the rise and fall of a semi-fictional superstar,” explains Dion. “In ‘Glasshouse’ we find our lead character in the peaks of his fame, feeling eyes from all directions, his demons gaining strength and pulling him ever downward.”
SUGA arrives on March 8th.
