As fans in the comment section have speculated, the choice to use the quote seems like it could be Amber's way of saying she's still recovering from her break up with 21 Savage.

Though the two split a few months back, Amber recently wrote a loving letter to 21 on Instagram. "I know the Internet portrays me to be some heartless person or they feel like I’m incapable of love but I love him so hard. He is not only one of the most talented people I have ever met but he is so real, humble and smart as hell," she said.
Last week, rumors suggesting Rose cheated on 21 while they were together were shut down by both parties.
Among the comments on Amber's most recent post, many of which were words of support for getting over a breakup, was a Tory Lanez comment. Lanez came through with the eyeballs emoji, which caused some fans to speculate that he was looking to mend Rose's broken heart.
