Lion Babe is scheduled to release their Cosmic Wind project in March of this year, but before that arrives the duo has delivered on a music video to accompany their Leikeli47 collaboration "The Wave."
The track boasts a soulful and groovy backdrop, that would find itself right at home on a vintage set of Soul Train and in keeping this in mind, the new clip for the song features plenty of 70s-themed elements, with dancers showing off moves that would make Don Cornelius proud.
The track is set to make an appearance on Cosmic Wind and has also been selected by the American Heart Association for its "Kids Heart Challenge." Rolling Stone reports that it is "a nationwide physical education initiative aimed to get kids in participating schools dancing as a means of heart-healthy exercise and raise funds for the organization’s life-saving mission."
