Musician Prince is seen on stage at the 36th NAACP Image Awards at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on March 19, 2005 in Los Angeles, California. Prince was honored with the Vanguard Award.

Woman claiming to be Prince’s long-long daughter is trying to bankroll off his estate.

Prince may have had a long-lost daughter. He also may have had an extra toe, for all we know. But according to Snowe Melinda Saxman, she may be able to provide receipts. Though the evidence for her case isn’t all that strong. She’s gone ahead and filed paperwork in a Minnesota court anyway, claiming she never knew her parents, because she was born on October 4, 1975, in Norfolk, Virginia and was adopted two weeks later.

In some documents obtained by The Blast, Saxman has gone onto explain her story in detail “Since I was young, many people have noted that I possess substantial physical, temperamental and aspirational similarities to Prince.” She wrote. “I have a close resemblance to Prince … I consider myself very artsy and my personality has been described as flamboyant, natural-born star and performer made for the stage. I sing, dance, write music, and have taught myself to play instruments. I created many dances during high school and performed on numerous occasions as a child and young adult.”

Saxman says she submitted her DNA to a company called Family Tree DNA, and claims “there were numerous matches with many relatives on Prince’s family tree.” She claims to have matched with Prince’s mom and dad, his half-brother Duane, and his ex-wife, Mayte Garcia. The only thing is, Garcia was born on November 12, 1973.

Of course, you should never assume, but we’ve done some digging and learned Saxman has made appearances on local TV news stations a few years back, calling herself a “Mompreneur.” Testimonials for this promo video (below) claim Saxman helps women get over their fears about money. She’s clearly out to get hers however she can.
