Meek Mill Rings Ceremonial Bell At 76ers Game To Massive Applause

It's a big day for the city of Philadelphia. Not only will the 76ers have a chance to close out the series against Miami Heat tonight but Meek Mill was freed from prison earlier today. To celebrate his release, the rapper was welcomed into Wells Fargo Center with massive applause as he was in attendance of Game 5 of the 76ers vs. the Heat.

Meek Mill rung the ceremonial bell to massive applause at tonight's Sixers vs. Heat game. The rapper was joined alongside Josh Harris, Michael Rubin and Kevin Hart. As he finished ringing the bell, the rapper's anthem "Dreams and Nightmares Intro" pumped through the speakers. The players were also playing "Ima Boss" as they stepped onto the court. In addition, the rapper was also wearing a Joel Embiid jersey as he rung the game ahead of tip off.

Meek came through to the Wells Fargo Center in style. He left prison on a chopper with Michael Rubin and landed at the arena in a rush. While he was greeted by several individuals, the rapper had to get a post-prison shower in before the big game. As he walked in, NBC's John Clark had a moment to ask Meek how it felt to be free to which the rapper simply replied, "I feel great."
