Mikey100K was heavily inspired by Meek Mill.

If you've heard some of Mikey100K's most recent releases, you're used to him flexing his singing chops. The young artist has an ear for beats and melodies seem to flow seamlessly off his tongue. When it comes to his ability as a rapper, his bars haven't been flexed in a few months. After Meek Mill's stellar Championships release last week, many members of the music industry were inspired by his sound. It sounds like Meek is rapping with a purpose again, telling his most intricate stories on his new album. Mikey100K has shown to be soulful in his solo cuts but he felt a need to remind everyone that he's got flow too, dropping "Thank Meek For This" over the weekend.

He writes that the track is "highly inspired" by Meek as he goes on to critique the industry before speaking on his career trajectory, hoping he has nothing to worry about in 2019. Like Meek, Mikey has been counted out by many but he's got his head screwed on tight, working endlessly toward the long-term goals. Mikey's latest effort has him going in for four minutes over a beat co-produced by himself and Decicco.

Quotable Lyrics:

These n***as left me for dead
After I fed you n***as
Who told you that's part of the game?
Cause they misled you n***as
