Amid Lil Xan's very public and dramatic break-up with Noah Cyrus, the "Betrayed" music maker found time to make a hospital visit to a fan who suffered a drug overdose. As we posted before, Xan was more than willing to pay for Noah's $10K in hospital bills after coming across the family's GoFund Me page. Noah is suffering from brain damage since the overdose and according to the post, he will be recovering in a nursing home once he wakes up.

Just yesterday Xan hopped on Instagram Live and claimed to his millions of followers that his relationship with Noah was set up by his record label.
"Shout out to Columbia Records for setting up that fake relationship. I didn't want to do it to be completely honest. Noah's very attractive, she's very attractive, very attractive," he said. "I just didn't want to do it because it was added work to my schedule. That's the truth, so don't believe all this fake shit that's about to come out."
