Drake is reportedly trying to get "God's Plan" trademarked.

Before Drake took over the Summer with his hit song “In My Feelings,” he controlled the Spring with another hit off the Scorpion album in “God’s Plan” as well. The song reigned atop of the Billboard Hot 100 for 11 weeks straight and spawned arguably the music video of the year that has over 760 million views and has impacted so many people around the country, specifically in the South Florida region. If you remember, Drake gave away nearly a million dollars to various organizations, groups, and families around Miami in the video, but it looks he could be getting all that back & lot more too.

According to TMZ, who reportedly obtained documents, Drake is trying to get the trademark for the phrase “God’s Plan” so he can use it for various merchandise, marketing and other promotions. They also say there’s talks of a TV Game Show in the works as well, but no details on any of this info was given.

This report comes just days after Drizzy dropped off two other talked-about videos in “Nonstop” & “In My Feelings,” the latter of which he dropped $14,000 for some custom gold girls for.

We’ll continue to keep you posted as more on this trademark story develops.
