John Schnatter is reaching for more cheese.

The Papa John's founder is far from backing down from his fight against his own company. John Schnatter took so many losses since his use of a racial slur was publicized. He was stripped from all of his titles at the pizza company, while he remains a shareholder. Another lawsuit has been filed by the former CEO, further escalating the battle.

This latest lawsuit targets the chain's board and chief executive. Schnatter's legal documents were filed in efforts "to stop the irreparable harm those individuals are causing due to their repeated, and ongoing, breaches of the duties of loyalty and care they owe to the company."

A week after being thrown out of his office, the entrepreneur filed his first lawsuit against Papa John's.

"Mr. Schnatter’s attorneys are seeking to inspect Company documents because of the unexplained and heavy-handed way in which the Company has treated him since the publication of a story that falsely accused him of using a racial slur"

After his second lawsuit was filed, Schnatter continued to deny any wrongdoing while insisting that he was effectively set up for failure. Papa John's seems somewhat unbothered by the former employee's tirade.

"John Schnatter will do anything to distract attention from the harm caused by his inappropriate words. He continues to make reckless allegations in his attempt to regain control and serve his own interests."
