Emily B. continues to be Fab's bottom chick, even when he stands trial for domestic abuse.

Fabolous is currently facing some serious charges stemming from an incident in February where he allegedly struck his girlfriend, Emily B, seven times and threatened her family. The rapper was charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats. Despite this, it seems as if Fab and Emily B. are still going strong. A new report claims that Emily B was standing by her man during his first court appearance.

Emily B. was standing in support of the father of her children today as Fabolous made his first court appearance for allegedly physically assaulting and threatening her, Bossip reports. The report says the two of them were at Bergon County Superior Court on Thursday to do a early disposition hearing. Emily B and Fab came face to face for the first court appearance with prosecutors for consideration of possible plea deals. Fab reportedly due back in court next month after waiving his appearance. In June, he'll have to do a "pre-trial intervention" where a first-time offender gets the chance to get a plea deal instead of court.

According to the report, the two of them sat side by side in the courtroom as Fab was waiting to be called and left together as well. In addition, Emily B. requested to dismiss another domestic violence case and a restraining order from the court, Fab's lawyer Brian Neary said.

“There’s no restraining order on that case,” Neary said to them. “That was accomplished several weeks ago, and that was dismissed by Emily.”

After the alleged domestic violence incident, Fab and Emily B. were spotted together in the Coachella crowd. Fab later shared some public love to Emily B on Instagram.
