Well look what we have here. Coming off the success of their latest Summer smash with DJ Dural “Hot Summer,” Migos are back with some new heat today called “Is You Ready,” which comes from the soundtrack to the Mile 22 movie, starring Mark Wahlburg. The song originally leaked online back in April, but now finally sees its official release.
Matching the action vibe of the movie, the song is an inciting & new pump up record that finds the Quality Control trio coming out the trenches and rapping about going to the top at any means necessary, while repping their clique in the process. It's pretty much the perfect pump up song for a battle of sorts, referencing "bring what you got" and "are you ready" throughout the chorus. Don't be surprised if this song is heard right before Wahlberg is involved in a big action scene in the film.
