Jay Critch continues his upward mobility.

Formerly catching attention through his standout performance on Rich Forever 3, Jay Critch has been coming into his own as an artist. Singles like the Harry Fraud produced banger "Thousand Ways" proved that the rapper could appeal to those seeking lyrical satisfaction, while a proximity to Rich The Kid kept him tapped into the latest in all things "mumble-adjacent." The best of both worlds really.

As for now, Critch comes through with another dose of fly visuals, this time for "Same Team." Directed by Spike Tarantino (no relation to Quentin), the effects laden video places Critch in the forefront, solidifying himself as a bonafide man of the people. As far as hip-hop videos are concerned, the concept is hardly innovative, yet the cinematography is solid enough to get the job done. Particular shout out to the visual effects, which bathe Critch in a feverish, 3D-glasses aesthetic.
