NBA Ben10 faces federal charges of aiding and abetting robbery and brandishing a gun during a violent crime, in connection to an alleged Houston confrontation with AllStar JR. AllStar previously received federal charges for allegedly shooting Ben10 and paralyzing him, but Ben and rapper OG 3Three were recently arrested in connection to this incident. Now, reported court records obtained by No Jumper on Instagram show pretrial characterizations of the NBA affiliate that are causing controversy.
"Pretrial Services has noted that Mr. Fields [NBA Ben10's legal last name] is a self-employed rapper with no income, is single and has five children living with their mothers, that he has used marijuana and consumed Percocet (without a prescription) since he was a teenager, and that he drifts house-to-house," the court documents reportedly read.
Many fans online mocked this description or Ben10 himself, questioning what relevance this poses to the case. As caught by DJ Akademiks TV on IG, DJ Akademiks had a particularly strong reaction to this on his livestream. This comes after he told NBA YoungBoy to avoid the United States and stay in South Korea amid this situation, even if it doesn't directly involve him in any way.
"Oh, hell no. Why the feds trying to sneak diss my man Ben10 like he's a nomad?" Ak expressed. "Like he don't got a place of residence, talking about he drifts house-to-house. Why they sneak dissing, man? We seen the feds sneak diss [Lil] Durk talking about, 'He ain't no Jay-Z.' [...] Now we see this. They're saying this n***a damn near homeless. Ain't no f***ing way, man."

NBA Ben10 Case
Elsewhere, other updates on the NBA Ben10 and AllStar JR situation involve the other man authorities recently arrested, OG 3Three. According to Complex, the manager of Master P wrote a character letter for 3Three before OG's $200K bond request's approval yesterday (Friday, September 18). He faces the same charges as Ben10.
Alvin "Juggie" McMillan Jr., No Limit's executive vice president, reportedly said OG 3Three is "like a son" and praised his community and charity efforts. A Houston firefighter, the president of a local NAACP chapter, and more also wrote letters supporting the rapper.
3Three's lawyer claimed he didn't participate in the alleged robbery of AllStar JR despite being present. He also claimed his client wasn't present for the shooting that took place later.
