Most significantly, her brother Julian Newman took to social media to blast the pod for their commentary, which also included criticism of their father Jamie.
NBA Hoops caught Club 520's discussion and Julian's call-out on Twitter. The podcast talked about the Newman siblings talking about the leaks with Adam22, with one of the hosts saying, "God bless the Newman family." Then, host BHen asked if they're grown now, wondering what happened to their father Jamie. He asked if the father of the former basketball prodigies is still coaching. BHen posited the family must be "torn up" if this is what the siblings are doing.
As for Julian Newman's response, he was directly confrontational. "Jeff Teague's sorry-a** podcast... What's it called, 520 or something? First of all, who listens to that s**t? For one," he remarked. "Second of all, you over here clowning Pops working me out when I'm ten years old, on some advanced s**t. And that's the number one training video of all time.
