Nicki Minaj Waves Wand At Seemingly Wheelchair-Bound Person, Spurs Controversy

Nicki Minaj spurred controversy when, dressed as a fairy, she commanded what appeared to be a wheelchair-bound person to walk.

Nicki Minaj, as we saw, put on her best fairy attire for Halloween, which included a tiara, a wand, a sparkly bust and a tutu. She shared plenty of photos of the costume on her Instagram, and at one point, she shared a video too which has been the result of a mini backlash. The video has since been deleted, but the footage is still circulating. Obviously Nicki was feeling herself a bit too much when, laughing hysterically, she pointed her wand at a person and commanded that person to walk-- from what we see in the video, the person appears to be wheelchair-bound, however Nicki has since responded to the controversy and said the person is not disabled.

She took to twitter to clear things up, saying, "That's NOT a disabled person and u know that." She added, "That's my friend in a scooter."
