An intense film shoot from the day prior caused Machine Gun Kelly to have unbearable chest pain during a show in Florida.

As he was experiencing severe chest pain, Machine Gun Kelly had to be checked out by paramedics during a show at the Seminole Casino in South Florida on Saturday night.

MGK first left the stage -- holding his chest -- during a rendition of "Bad Things," his smash hit that features Camila Cabello.

He was eventually cleared, and he returned to finish the show, though not without struggle. At one point, as you can see in the below footage, the Cleveland rapper accepts a joint from a fan and says, "I'm fuckin' dying." No word on if the smoke aided his chest pain.

There isn't anything wrong with MGK's heart, luckily, as his reps told TMZ that he sustained the injury the day before, while at a film shoot for the upcoming sci-fi flick Captive State, in which he has a prominent role. And he's apparently doing his own stunts. On Friday, he tweeted, "still on set. got punched in the chest 65 times. pretty sure i can't breathe."
