The kid who notoriously tossed some racial slurs at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and subsequently caught a beatdown from 'Ye earlier in the month is in for quite the payday. Sources tell TMZ that the Kanye and the young man have come to a settlement over the altercation, which will see Yeezus dishing out upwards of $250,000.
The D.A. has yet to decide on whether to actually charge the rapper with battery over the incident, but following the settlement, the victim will no longer be cooperating.
On top of that, the jury was none too impressed by the racist remarks aimed at Kim and 'Ye, so it's looking like the rapper is off the hook.
Apparently, the kid was looking for something in the higher 6 figure range, so it's possible he's made a considerable amount more from the exchange.
