Drake's bringing out the big guns for his Meet & Greet tour packages.
Fans are excitedly waiting for Drake's VIEWS album, which happens to drop the same day as tickets for his "Summer Sixteen" tour with Future go on sale, no coincidence we're sure. VIEWS will actually get an early (but official) leak from Apple Music, with the album premiering on a special episode of OVO Sound Radio tomorrow.
If you're looking to cop tickets for the "Summer Sixteen" tour, depending on your budget, you'll have plenty of options to choose from. Pigeons & Planes sleuthed on Ticketmaster and came across several different Meet & Greet packages for the pre-sale tickets. There's levels to this shit, and within the levels, there are quirky and truly-Drake-like souvenirs.
Among the Meet & Greet packages, we see that the "6 God Meet & Greet" includes: a ticket within the first five rows, a professionally-taken photo with the 6 God (Drake), one 6 God candle, a 6 God incense holder (obvi), a 6 God disposable camera, a 6 God frame, a 6 God foam hand, a set of "Summer Sixteen" pins as well as a set of patches, a "Summer Sixteen" car freshner, a "Summer Sixteen" floaty pen (?), and finally, a "Summer Sixteen" bag. All these goodies will set you back $1,000.
If that's too deep for your pockets, you can always opt for the "Summer Sixteen Meet & Greet," which'll get you all the "Summer Sixteen" merch and a ticket within the first 10-15 rows (this package is a mere $279.50).
Future has his own Meet & Greet package as well, which is (only) $500. His package comes with a ticket within the first fifteen rows, VIP early entry to the venue as well as personal photograph with Future (possibly not professionally-taken though!), a specially-designed "Future World Tour" t-shirt, a custom Freebandz hat, custom Future socks, a Freebandz bandana, a limited edition Freebandz pin set, an official Freebandz patch and a Freebandz double cup.
He also offers a cheaper package in the $279.50 range. Take a look at screenshots from Ticketmaster detailing the packages in the gallery above.
Would you shell out the money for any of these? Tickets go on sale for the general public at 10 AM on Friday.
