iLoveMakonnen Guests on Snoop Dogg's GGN
iLoveMakonnen
Atlanta via L.A. oddball hitmaker iLoveMakonnen sits down and smokes up with Snoop on the latest episode of GGN. The conversation starts with a discussion on "Tuesday," Makonnen's smash hit, and how it came out. In addition, Snoop gives his own gospel rendition of the song ("Sunday"). As things get more faded, the two talk teleportation, and Snoop put Makonnen through a series of quizzes, in which he admits he thinks about sex at least 50 times a day.  Who else would you like to see in Snoop's hot seat?

The Super Bowl is right around the corner, and with it, we'll get plenty of new commercials. Snoop Dogg has been featured in his fair share of commercials, and for this one, he narrates and describes feeling "hangry." The solution to feeling hangry? Looking up EAT24. Now you know. Hit-Boy On Snoop Dogg's GGN
Hit-Boy
The latest edition of Snoop Dogg's GGN has Pasadena beatmaker Hit-Boy visiting Nemo Hoes studio to chop it up during the "news" segment.  The two artists are clearly huge fans of each other, with Hit-Boy telling Snoop that he performed "Murder Was The Case" for everybody at his 8th birthday party, and Snoop flipping out when Hit-Boy tells him he produced Jay and Kanye's "Niggas In Paris." The news of Hit-Boy's uncle being in the old-school R&B group Troop is almost too much for the Doggfather to handle, sending him into a stoned spiral of reminiscence.

Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg and Pharrell were a pretty unstoppable team in the early 00s. While "Drop It Like It's Hot" may be their master stroke (or is it "Beautiful"), the two also collaborated on strong singles and deep cuts on the Doggfather's albums Paid Tha Cost To Pay The Boss and R&G. While the two icons haven't been working togeher as much of late, it seems P has lent his late career new disco sound to a new single from Snoop, which the rapper shared in a new video he posted today.

Today, Snoop revisits the project and releases the official video for track #4 “Can’t Trust Em”. With the song’s theme about trust, this video portrays a story about betrayal in the hard streets of L.A. that results to shoot outs and homicides. Real life West coast ish right here.

"Turn Down 4 What" is one of the more surprising hits of the summer. Simultaneously establishing EDM's trap-leanings as Billboard-friendly (though Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" had tested the waters first), and reintroducing Lil Jon to the party circuit. Since then, we've heard some songs looking for the same type of validation, Afrojack's new collaboration with Snoop Dogg, "Dynamite" being one of them.

The Outlawz are back with a hot new single featuring a verse from the one and only Snoop Dogg. Rolling in old schools and getting into some high-stakes action sequences, Tupac's former collaborators prove they've still got it after all of these years. Snoop, meanwhile, seems to be struggling with his Snoop Lion pacifist phase, partaking in a little "blast" and "smash" of his own.
