Action Bronson Heads To Jamaica For "Fuck, That's Delicious"
Action Bronson
We can't wait for Action Bronson's food/travel/weed program "Fuck, That's Delicious" to hit Viceland on March 3rd. Fortunately, Bronsolino is keeping us occupied with fresh content until then. The ebullient Queens rapper recently headed to Jamaica for an event known as Nyam Jam at Goldeneye Resort in Oracabessa. He is overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the cuisine he samples. As soon as he returns from the sunny Caribbean to dreary, wintry New York City, the first thing he does is buy Jamaican cow foot stew from a food stand in a Home Depot parking lot and chow down.

At this point, fans must know what they're getting themselves into when they crash the stage at an Action Bronson show. The New York rapper is known to perform wrestling moves on those who dare to step on his turf, and a fan at his recent Lovebox set got the same treatment you'd receive in America. Unfortunately, it's not clear whether this guy was looking for the thrill of being grappled by Bronson, as he looked pretty excited to rap along with him. Just as he got up to the mic, Bronson hit him and quickly threw him off stage. All in good fun or did he take it too far?

Backed by Alchemist on the boards, Bam Bam took the stage fresh in his Carhartt gear and New Balances to perform his track “Actin’ Crazy” live on television for the first time ever. While the crowd doesn’t look to be all into it, I know I sure was. Can never get enough Bam Bam content.

Food plays a big role in Action Bronson's music, but in a new clip for Munchies, the rapper tries his hand at cooking something up inspired by his raps. Today, he links up with Michael Voltaggio, a chef the rapper clearly has a lot of respect for, but has never had the chance to meet. Together, they craft an octopus dish to accompany Bronson's debut album, Mr. Wonderful, and-- *spoiler alert* --it looks fucking delicious.

Although other regions have seemed to dominate the conversation for at least a decade, NYC's rap scene has looked up in the past couple years, seeing promising indie upstarts take some of the market share from the scene's bloated pillars of old. Among those artists are Action Bronson, Flatbush Zombies, The Underachievers and Le1f, all of whom were chosen by Robert Lopuski (director of the Watch The Throne doc) to be profiled in a new short documentary on NYC's modern-day scene.

Action Bronson and Big Bod Bes are two men whose outsized personalities are just as likely to impact haters as they are fans. This often results in ignorant, petty YouTube comments, and so some genius decided to have both men respond to angry posts on various episodes of Bronson's show "Fuck, That's Delicious."

Action Bronson
Action Bronson had a heavy presence at SXSW this year. He put on his "South By South Wonderful" showcase with the help of a few friends (us included), on top of which, he gave out free food to fans and seemed sincere in his interactions with them--  whether it was posing for photos, answering questions or giving away his weed. His album release was scheduled for the day after SXSW wrapped up, so it was appropriate to give Mr.
