Newly surfaced audio recording of XXXTENTACION admitting to domestic abuse and other crimes emerges.

Despite the fact that XXXTENTACION is no longer here with us today, the domestic abuse allegations he faced while he was alive are still brought up whenever his name is mentioned. Although he pleaded not guilty to the charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant victim, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering, the rapper was awaiting trial for the 2016 domestic abuse trial. However, new audio footage of the rapper has been obtained by Pitchfork and he's allegedly heard admitting to abusing his ex-girlfriend as well as other violent crimes.

Pitchfork obtained a 27-minute recording of XXXTENTACION allegedly admitting to domestic violence as well as stabbing eight people in Deerfield, FL in 2016. The publication released a snippet of the recording earlier today where he's heard confessing to the crimes.

"I put my source of happiness in another person, which was a mistake initially, right? But she fell through on every occasion until now. Until I started fucking her up bruh. I started fucking her up because she made one mistake. And from there, the whole cycle went down. Now she’s scared. That girl is scared for her life. Which I understand. You seen me. You know what I do to people [...] It's on fucking New Times. I'm on New Times for stabbing, how many people they put in the news? They said three, it was eight. In Deerfield. She knows that. She's seen this shit. She's seen when I came back from stabbing [redacted] in Orlando. She seen when I came back. Had a brand new laptop. No tears on my face, no remorse. I just knew I was going to jail. She know. So she's scared. SHe thinks I'm going to kill her."

The secret recording was obtained from the Miami-Dade County state attorney's office who said the prosecution and XXXTENTACION's defense attorney both considered the tape a confession. The office revealed the name of the person who made the recording who's said to be an acquaintance of X, although they didn't reveal the identities of the other people heard in the recording.
