Tough Tiny filed for divorce from T.I. back in December, a court hearing for the matter has been called off. According to TMZ, the couple were scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, but the hearing was cancelled after it was discovered that T.I. was never served with divorce papers.
This is a curious development, as T.I. and Tiny have been spending some time together since the filing, so it wouldn't have been too difficult to hand over the documents to Tip. The report states that the couple were together for the holiday season and even Valentine's Day.
What's even stranger about this new info, is it seems to conflict with an earlier report that T.I. and Tiny's reality show will revolve around the divorce next season. Maybe they're stalling it so they can organize the filming of the ordeal?
Whatever they have up their sleeves, T.I. will have to be officially served with his papers in order for any of this to go forward.
