It's time to say goodbye to Hennessy and Rémy Martin. Quavo is partnering with a historic cognac brand that seems set to become the top alcoholic beverage in the world. It's no secret that Quavo (and the rest of the Migos) are trendsetters. The three men have been carving lanes for others to follow for years, popularizing an entire rhyming scheme. Their triplet flows have become some of the most used in the rap game and ad-libs have also reached a new peak with the Migos to partially thank for that. Now Quavo wants to change the way we drink as he's officially partnered with Martell to promote their product.

The rapper shared a video on Instagram as he introduced the new sponsorship, prompting others to "Make Your Statement." In the clip, he crowns his group as the "leaders of the culture," noting that his achievements in music should translate to a successful partnership with Martell. The move is surprising from the classic cognac house; new meets old with this partnership as Quavo is one of the leaders of the new school, joining a brand that was established in 1715.
Obviously, Hennessy is one of the most referenced brands in hip-hop. Be prepared to be hearing Quavo switch up the game in his future verses.
