While you were watching Kendrick Lamar get shut out of the Grammys, you may have missed Pharrell taking home 4 awards (his choice of headwear may have also contributed to the distraction). While the producer's second wind saw him cleaning up at various music award shows this year, he may not be through collecting trophies.
Skateboard P has also earned himself an Oscar nomination for his contribution to the "Despicable Me 2" soundtrack, "Happy". As is generally the tradition, Williams will perform the "Best Original Song" nominee at the ceremony (unfortunately Three 6 Mafia was not granted this honor when they won the prize for "It's Hard out There For A Pimp" in 2006).
Look out for Pharrell's performance (and possible win) when the Oscars air live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on March 2nd.
