The album is "coming soon... I guess."

Ever since last summer, we've been waiting on Lil Uzi Vert to drop his new album. We got the Eternal Atake cover art months ago but after "New Patek" dropped, there wasn't any news regarding the project. His label drama has been well-documented over the last few months with Don Cannon and DJ Drama seemingly stopping his flow of releases altogether. However, that all changed this month when a trio of new songs appeared. It all started with 'Free Uzi" and then the following week, "Sanguine Paradise" and "That's A Rack" impacted the airwaves. With the rare output we've gotten from the Philadelphia artist all at once, we're left wondering when Eternal Atake is dropping. According to the rapper himself, it will be here soon.

While he doesn't sound entirely confident in his reply, Uzi was in a talkative mood when photographers approached him this week to chat about the body of work. He was asked when EA would be dropping, to which he replied, "Uh, soon... I guess. Yeah, soon." Uzi then proceeded to say that he barely goes outside these days so he remembers the last conversation he had with this particular paparazzo, which was an entire year ago. Then, he told fans that he had been embracing the beauty of a tree for several minutes earlier in the week.

There's definitely a lot going on in Uzi's mind. Hopefully, he's not capping about Eternal Atake because we need an official return to the game. When and if it does ever arrive, here's a list of things we want from it.
