Although most rappers nowadays think demos are a way of the past, given the accessibility of the internet, but a demo was all Lil Snupe needed to get the attention of MMG's Meek Mill.

Meek Mill added Lil Snupe to his own Dream Chasers label less than an hour after hearing a demo from the 16-year-old rapper. Snupe visited Meek on tour during his Louisiana stop, and handed off a demo to the Philly native. "He was in a van, they was finna pull off. And I went and knocked on the van, on the window. They let the window down, grabbed the mixtape and it was like 10 minutes later, 20 minutes later they called me," Snupe said.

Meek also spoke on Snupe's talent with MTV, "He was spittin' so much pain, he's from the south with a flow like an east coast guy," he said. "Like with that bounce flow, all over the place, he really can spit, and he was talking that talk that I can really relate to. I seen potential in him."

The Louisiana native, Lil Snupe, is working on an upcoming mixtape, R.N.I.C. (Real Nigga in Charge). He'll also be on Meek Mill's "Dreams Come True" tour, at select stops. Win tickets for the "Dreams Come True" tour here.
