After a string of collaborations with artists such as Lil Skies and Night Lovell, Lil Gnar has returned with a new solo-effort, the hazy "iDontTrust."
The song has Gnar rapping about some pretty basic rap topics: drugs, guns, money, the usual. Even if the lyrics are about success and flexing, Gnar doesn't sound satisfied in his rapping. The low emotion in his voice, combined with the melancholic piano melody that accompanies the song, makes drugs and money seem way less fun than its supposed to.
Gnar's new single comes with a new video as well. Much like the song, the video is simple. Gnar hangs around in front of a cross for the most part. Visual effects on the shots add to the impact of the song and keep the video from going stale.
