Kevin Gates feels as though he's being "interrogated" by Bootleg Kev & DJ Hed.

For the first time since getting out of jail, Kevin Gates decided to participate in a proper interview, having stopped by the radio station Real 92.3 in L.A. earlier this week to chop it up with Bootleg Kev & his co-host DJ HED. However things didn't go quite as planned for the two hosts.

After only 5 minutes into the interview, Gates got frustrated by what he felt was an “interrogation” and interrupted the interview to ask his camp, “no disrespect, how long we gotta do this?” as he looked completely disinterested and wanting to leave.

“Cuz you gotta think I just got out of jail, I didn’t even get time to transition and I feel like I’m being interrogated,” he said to the radio hosts. “I do, but no disrespect to y’all I’m trying to answer the question the best I can without being disrespectful but I feel like I’m being interrogated like I’m talking with an attorney,” he continued. And while all this is happening, Bootleg Kev’s co-host HED accidentally touches Gates’ arm to which he replied without skipping a beat “please don’t touch me again.”

It’s a rather awkward, intense & funny couple minutes there, but they all kept it professional and continued on for another 5 minutes or so. Check out the full 13-minute interview (below) where he talks about Luca Brasi 3, NBA Youngboy, and more. (Awkwardness begins right around the 5:00 mark.)
