With exception to her featured-single with Trina this Summer “If It Aint Me,” R&B singer K Michelle has been extremely quite far in 2017, but thankfully that changes here today.With a new album on the horizon, titled The People I Used To Know, the Love & Hip-Hop ATL star decides to come through today and share a new single with Chris Brown called “Either Way.”
Aiming this one at the airwaves, K Michelle delivers an unapologetic record that finds her spitting some braggadocios bars aimed at her haters, while reminding everyone that she gon’ be good “either way.”
“Either way I’m gon’ be straight, damn my life is great,” she sing on the hook. “Sleepin’ good at night / In the morning, eatin’ eggs and steak.”
Breezy follows in suit & boasts about having himself a bad girl who’s not afraid of his felonies and has a booty like K Michelle, among other things. “My girl got booty like K Michelle.”
Speaking on her upcoming fourth studio album, which will feature 16 songs, K Michelle had the following to say about it: “I never forget. I get quiet, not dumb. The agendas of others will be the downfall of them, especially when it comes to me. @thepeopleiusedtoknow an album of the true stories that have shaped me and made me tough. A very reflective look but shockingly positive commentary.”
