"This is all very, very personal and very sad."

Johnny Manziel and his wife Bre Tiesi have apparently split, after Tiesi explained to her IG followers that "vows were broken."

Manziel, who recently signed with the AAF's Memphis Express, reportedly told TMZ Sports the following:

"This is all very, very personal and very sad," Manziel tells TMZ Sports. "I appreciate everyone who has been so supportive of both of us and I would just ask that everyone respect our privacy at this difficult time."

"My hope is to put my head down and be allowed to focus on work and what is required of me on the football field."

Tiesi, who married Manziel in March 2018, has deleted all traces of Johnny Football from her social media pages and even removed "Manziel" from her IG name.

She posted the following in the comment section of a recent IG post:

"Maybe u should wonder why I would leave him instead of worrying about 'money,'" Tiesi said in one comment, per screenshots taken by The Spun. "Lucky for him I don't air our personals and lucky for u you are behind a screen u low life."

"U been married? U been betrayed? I don't do betrayal for a person I was devoted to period," she wrote to another user. "Vows were broken fuck money and fuck u and every other loser on here."

Manziel made his AAF debut with the Express last Sunday, as Memphis defeated the Birmingham Iron by the final of 31-25. The 26-year old saw a limited number of snaps behind starting QB Brandon Silvers, and finished 3-of-5 for 38 yards in addition to two carries for 20 yards.

Meanwhile, Silvers had 266 yards and two touchdowns. With three games remaining in the AAF's inaugural regular season, the Express are sitting at just 2-5.
