Jay Z is being sued by TufAmerica over an uncleared sample in his 2009 hit, "Run This Town".

Looks like the Barney's controversy isn't the only issue Jay Z is dealing with. 4 years after the fact, Hov has been hit with a lawsuit over his hit single, "Run This Town" from The Blueprint 3

Apparently a company called TufAmerica Inc. is suing the Jigga Man over an uncleared sample of the 1969 song, “Hook & Sling”, by Eddie Bo. TufAmerica has owned the rights to the number since 1996, and are seeking “proceeds from ‘Run This Town’ and damages to be determined at trial, plus a court order to halt “further distribution and exploitation” of the Eddie Bo song.”

The suit names Jay Z, his Roc-A-Fella Records, LLC, Atlantic Recording Corp, as well as a few others as defendants.

Check out the sample in question, as well as the video for "Run This Town" below.
