If you're looking for a job you may wanna consider In-N-Out.

If you really are a fan of In-N-Out burger and the company as a whole, you should know that being a manager for the fast food joint pays big. The California Sun newsletter reported its finding from the job search website Indeed, that shows the yearly salary for In-N-Out managers is $160,000 per year, on average.

These workers are pulling in more bread that California based architects, lawyers, and software engineers. Employees of the beloved burger joint start at $13 an hour and with hard work and dedication, can work their way up to becoming a manager with no degree necessary.

Denny Warnick, the vice president of operations, tells the publication that employee treatment and quality service is what the company was built since it's opening in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder. “Paying their associates well was just one way to help maintain that focus, and those beliefs remain firmly in place with us today,” he adds.

Fulltime workers also get the luxury of benefits that cover paid vacation, health, dental, and vision costs. Even the valued job review website, Glassdoor, shows the company's rating at an impressive 4.4 stars out of 5. In-N-Out landed as the 4th best place to work on the websites yearly ranking, beating Google, LinkedIn, and Salesforce and more.
