In March 2013 40 Glocc took his ongoing beef with Game to lawyers, and initiated a $4.5 million lawsuit against the rapper stemming from his beatdown (caught on camera) in July of 2012. Although legal proceedings have been quiet for a minute, they are not over. Game made sure to keep the beef present in Tyga's recent Lil Durk diss record, and now there are more court documents concerning 40 Glocc's initial lawsuit.
Game has responded to 40's lawsuit, claiming that 40 is only looking to extend his fifteen minutes of fame by using Game. Game claims he only beat up 40 Glocc in self-defense, saying that the punching only began after Glocc pulled out a gun on him. 40 has made the same claim of Game, however no guns are seen in the recorded footage.
In the court documents, Game claims that 40 Glocc's lawsuit is all part of Glocc's "gangster agenda to profit from threats, intimidation and taunts."

The latest update on this never-ending beef: 40 Glocc responded to yesterday's report that Game claims he punched Glocc out of self defense. Of course, this isn't sitting too well with 40 and he has taken to Instagram to lay out his thoughts, in all caps lock. See what he wrote below.
