Blac Youngsta's new EP meshes together a few different styles to show off the rapper's versatility. On social media, the Memphis artist comes off as more of a comedian than a street personality. While he's one of the funniest characters in the game right now, he can still portray a menacing threat when he needs to. Like he says at the beginning of this song, "anybody can lose they life." If you mess with Youngsta, he will come at you and he's issuing an early warning for anybody who tries him: it won't be pretty.
"Lay Down" is the hardest song on the three-track EP. It showcases Youngsta's ability to get hype and tough at the same time, keeping a pistol on him at all times and telling his rivals that they should watch their backs around him. What's your favourite track from the new project?
