Did Scarlet Witch drop the hint?

2015 was only three years ago, but it feels like it has been an eternity since the Avengers battled Ultron. Age of Ultron was one of the worst MCU flicks, as the careful construction that Marvel usually puts into its Disney films fell to the wayside. Ultron was a flimsy villain at best, and his plan to destroy the world was half-conceived. Still, the film raked in $1.4 billion worldwide. The second team-up between Captain America, Iron-Man, Black Widow, The Hulk, Hawkeye, and Thor added two new heroes: Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

Although they started off as villains, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver quickly saw the evil in Ultron's ways. They join the Avengers to help save the world, but Quicksilver is killed off in the process. The death was quick and corny, and proved that Marvel was not willing to kill off their main cast. The killing of a just-added hero didn't really add the emotional impact that Marvel thought it would. Still, fans go back to watch the uneven film. As reported by Comicbook.com, a Redditor named HelsenDiaN was enjoying the film again but noticed that Scarlet Witch may have dropped an Avengers 4 hint.

leaked trailer synopsis claimed that Avengers 4 will be entitled Avengers: Annihilation. HelsenDiaN couldn't help but notice that Scarlet Witch says "I looked into your head and saw annihilation," after Thor helps bring Vision to life. Could Marvel be ten steps ahead (as usual), or was it just a coincidence?
