No more court dates for Meadow Walker.

Three years and eleven months after Paul Walker's death, his daughter Meadow Walker has finally settled her wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, that ended on October 16th.

Paul was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT while his friend, Roger Rodas, was driving. After a tragic crash that left the two dead, Meadow alleges that the history of instability and control issues by the car, more specifically her father being trapped by a faculty seatbelt, is what led Paul to burn alive.

Court documents from the first hearing show that Meadow's lawyer, Jeff Milam, stated that even though Porsche knew “that the Carrera GT had a history of instability and control issues,” they “failed to install its electronic stability control system,” which they say is “specifically designed to protect against the swerving actions inherent in hyper-sensitive vehicles of this type.”

Documents obtained by E! News state that Meadow, 18, and the German car company have come to a settlement. The terms are confidential but they show that both parties have requested for a dismissal of the suit. Last year, Meadow was awarded $10.1 million on behalf of Roger's estate.

"The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short," Meadow's lawyer Jeff Milam said in a statement when the money was distributed. "Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash. Meadow's lawsuit against Porsche AG — a $13 billion corporation — intends to hold the company responsibly for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker's death."

It seems Jeff has followed through with his intentions.

Paul and Roger passed away on November 30th, 2013 after the vehicle crashed into a lamp post and burst into flames.
