Donald Trump finally visits Puerto Rico and downplays the tragedy by comparing it to Hurricane Katrina.

Donald Trump has finally reached Puerto Rico despite the "big ocean" that separates the President's home to the devastated country. During his visit to survey the damage brought on by Hurricane Maria, Donald held an official press conference where he tells the crowd that Puerto Rico "has thrown our budget a little out of whack." Adding that America has spent a lot of money on the tragedy but "that's fine."

Donald then goes on to talk about Hurricane Katrina, the 2005 catastrophe that killed around 1,800 people in New Orleans, as he seemingly tries to dim down what has happened in Puerto Rico because it wasn't as bad as what New Orleans saw.

"Every death is a horror," he said, "but if you look at a real catastrophe like Katrina and you look at the tremendous, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people that died, and you look at what happened here... nobody's ever seen anything like this."

Donald then turns to a man by his side to check-in on the current death count since Hurricane Maria, where the man responds saying "16."

"Sixteen people versus in the thousands, you can be very proud of all of your people, all of our people working together. Sixteen versus literally thousands," he says to the crowd. "It's an honour to work with you folks and we'll all get it done together."

Aside from talking to those affected by the hurricane, Donald is seen throwing paper towels to a crowd that circles him in the video posted below. Other products are handed out to those in the crowd, but Donald just seems more interested in shaking hands and taking pictures than what's in front of him.

We reported this morning that Public Enemy's Chuck D had some words to say after the shooting in Las Vegas, more specifically calling out Donald for "protecting" terrorists in regards to gun control. "The NRA is a terrorist organization," said the rapper. "And the administration backs the terrorist organization and never uses the word."
