Smooky Margielaa reps the #FreeMeek movement on "Not Right."

Canadian producer Murda Beatz has been making a hell of an impression this year, solidifying himself as one of the defining producers of hip-hop's new generation. Now, the talented beatmaker has teamed up with A$AP Rocky's protégé Smooky Margielaa, who recently secured himself a spot in A$AP's AWGE collective. If you aren't familiar with the name, perhaps his five guest appearances on the Mob's latest mixtape Cozy Tapes Vol 2: Too Cozy will refresh your memory. Either way, the fifteen year old rapper is clearly carving out his lane.

On "Not Right," Smooky half sings, half raps over an atmospheric, bouncy beat from Murda. The vocals are heavy on the autotune, so if that's not your bag, you might want to steer clear. If you dig it, however, you may very well enjoy this one. After all, if it's good enough for A$AP Rocky, who are we to question it? What do you think of Smooky Margielaa and his latest track?

Quotable Lyrics

Murda on the beat so it's not nice
Plan to flex in foriegns yeah yo' man's tight
If you talkin' how we wipe you wet wipes
Pull up drippin' to the scene, then it's night night
