On the eve of his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame, Tupac Shakur’s possessions are acquiring more value than ever. The estate of his mother Afeni Shakur, is suing an auction house and two individuals who are attempting to sell the late great rapper’s passport and handwritten lyrics and scripts.

Other items in the lawsuit include Shakur’s driver’s license, clothing, jewelry and notebooks. TMZ reportsTMZ reports that the passport and handwritten lyrics and scripts are the most valuable.

The auction house, Moments in Time, and the two individuals bought the items from a third party who, according to the estate’s attorney, had no right to them in the first place. Apparently, the auction house and the two individuals have also ignored the estate’s request for the items’ return.
