The Houston Rockets and The OKC Thunder faced off for the final time this regular season Sunday night, and Houston came out on top. Rather than take the high road, the team decided to take a playful swipe at OKC and Russell Westbrook after the game, dropping a well-orchestrated Drake meme into the feed Sunday evening.

Houston photoshopped their own James Harden onto Drake's More Life art with the caption MORE WINS. Below it, there's a thinly veiled shot at Westbrook, Harden's biggest competition for the MVP trophy -- "Triple doubles are just a number."

Triple doubles have become Westbrook's calling card, and naturally, he earned another one today despite OKC's loss (39 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds).

Drake actually references both Westbrook and his triple doubles on More Life, rapping, "Damn, oh, triple double, Russ face," on "Can't Have Everything." Westbrook was also referenced on Kendrick Lamar's "The Heart Part 4," which he the NBA star was pretty thrilled about.
