Ye and Future connect on the latest "Donda 2" leak.

It’s been over a year since Kanye West’s Donda 2 arrived on the STEM Player. Still, we haven’t seen any indications that it’ll make its way to streaming platforms. The project remains Ye’s most inaccessible body of work. Although, much of the project can be found on platforms like YouTube and Soundcloud. Moreover, there have been a number of leaks from the Donda 2 sessions that have surfaced online in different forms. Some of these records were completed while others weren’t.

A song titled “Maintenance” arrived in various forms in the last few months. However, this morning, a new version of the record featuring Future surfaced on reddit. Leakers have dubbed this a “finished version” of the song, which finds Ye and Future offering to fund a young lady’s expensive lifestyle. A previous version of the song leaked in February, although that was a 10-second snippet. It remains unclear if this song will see the light of day officially.

At this stage, it seems unclear if Kanye West will unload a new project any time soon. The past few months of his career have largely been clouded by controversy. This led companies like Adidas, Gap, and Kano Technology, the company behind the Stem Player, to sever ties. However, there have been promising signs that he might have a few records coming out soon. Fivio Foreign previewed a new song with his “City Of Gods” collaborator in April. So, hopefully, that sees the light of day sometime soon.

Otherwise, Kanye appears to be moving forward with the Yeezy brand, with or without a major corporation backing him. Earlier this month, Ye hosted Yeezy Season 10 in L.A.. However, this, too, became a source of controversy. Coming a year after the debut of his “White Lives Matter” t-shirts, Kano Technology called out Ye for allegedly using Nazi imagery for his latest clothing collection. Ye hasn’t responded nor will he likely do so. Still, it seems as though he hasn’t necessarily changed his ways since his anti-Semitic tirade in late 2022. Unfortunately, we can't share the leak for "Maintenance" here but it's surfacing on social media right now.
