There were some strict rules during the Super Bowl.

Patrick Mahomes was fantastic in the Super Bowl just two days ago. Overall, the Kansas City Chiefs ended up winning the game after coming back from a 10-point halftime deficit. It was not an easy win, although it was definitely deserved. Mahomes threw for three touchdowns throughout the game. While he may have only thrown for 182 yards, he was incredibly efficient, and fans were singing his praises. At this point, it is hard not to consider him one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL.

Following the game, Mahomes got to go to Disneyland with his entire family. At the end of the day, it was a huge celebration for everything he has accomplished this year. No one expected the Chiefs to win it all this year, however, they defied the odds and made it happen. Now, Mahomes will get to enjoy the offseason as the Chiefs attempt to improve their roster for a run next year. If you are a fan of the franchise, you can't help but be immensely excited about the future.

Patrick Mahomes Speaks

While speaking with Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night, Mahomes made some interesting revelations about the Super Bowl. For instance, he and his teammates were not allowed to watch the halftime performance by Rihanna. As Mahomes explained, the ban came from his own head coach, Andy Reid. "Coach Reid told us, he said, 'If you go out to watch the performance, just keep walking because you're not playing the rest of the game,'" Mahomes explained. Needless to say, Reid wanted to keep everyone focused as the team had a comeback effort to construct. In the end, his tactics worked as the team went out and won it all.

As for the halftime show, we're sure Mahomes and everyone else on the Chiefs will go and watch it on YouTube at some point. After all, you can pretty well find everything over there. Moreover, winning the Super Bowl is a nice consolation prize for not seeing the performance live. Let us know what you thought of Rihanna's halftime show, down in the comments section below.
