Memphis Bleek recruits Manolo Rose for "So Different."

Brooklyn royalty Memphis Bleek is back with what seems to be a new single. "So Different" is the former Roc emcee's first new track since he featured on the all-NYC collab "Tom Ford & Crack Smoke," and like that track, his new one features fellow Brooklynite Manolo Rose.

The cover art shows a famous picture of former Jets Hall of Fame QB Joe Namath sporting a fur coat on the sidelines, and clearly, Bleek and Rose boast a similarly boss-minded sense of irreverence. "So Different" is a smooth New York track made more exciting by the contrast in styles put forth by the two Bed Stuy natives of different generations.

Quotable Lyrics

My mama told me get the paper, skip the funnies, n*gga
Streets told me if it's on, it's on
Gun a n*gga down, spin around, make sure that he gone

- Memphis Bleek
