It's been quite some time since Lil Wayne was reunited with any of the other Hot Boys on new music, but today, he's popped up on a remix of Turk's "You Mad Yet?" On the new version, he contributes a verse and the hook.
Adopting a similar theme as Vic Mensa's recent single "U Mad," the song has Lil Wayne rattling off various boasts on the hook, the best of them being "I been had bands since Duran Duran." His verse is also pretty stunning, featuring some autotune but not dominated by it, and on top of that, Turk holds his own alongside his much-more-famous former crewmate.
