The last time Gary, Indiana's Freddie Gibbs linked up with BJ The Chicago Kid, who grew up a few miles West of Gibbs' hometown, the result was the amazing jam "Shame" from Gibbs and Madlib's Piñata, and now they've done it again.
With someone other than the retro-minded Madlib on the boards, "B.A.M." (Badder than a motherfucker) takes on a more modern sound. BJ quickly lets the ladies know what time it is ("I only fuck with centerfolds"), and Gibbs echoes this with his cocksure verse.
Along with the rest of BJ's recent output, "B.A.M." will be included on his upcoming M.A.F.E Project.
